This course delves into the principles of ecological dynamics and their application in ACL rehabilitation to address interlimb and intralimb compensations. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of ecological dynamics and explore how movement variability and task constraints influence motor learning and rehabilitation outcomes. We’ll examine common compensatory patterns that emerge during ACL recovery and discuss strategies for identifying and addressing these compensations. The course extends beyond traditional resistance training, emphasizing the role of constraints in enhancing jump training, change of direction tasks, and sport-specific activities.
