In-person Courses
The course organizers may cancel a live course up to four weeks before its scheduled start date. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, conflict, or personal emergencies involving the presenter, the course may also be canceled at any time. Organizers are not liable for any expenses incurred by participants beyond the registration fee.
Course materials and certificates will be distributed digitally as PDF files following the course’s completion.
Release of Liability
By registering for a live or in-person course hosted by Rehab Renaissance, you acknowledge that you may be invited to participate in demonstration activities led by the instructor(s). You consent to the potential sharing of any disclosed Protected Health Information (PHI) with fellow attendees during these activities. You understand that participating in such demonstrations does not establish a therapeutic relationship—such as that between a physical therapist and patient or physician and patient. These demonstrations are intended solely to illustrate practical applications of the course content.
Your registration indicates voluntary consent to take part in the course. You may choose not to participate in any activity at any time. Any interaction with the instructors, hosts, or other attendees concludes when the demonstration ends. Should you require professional healthcare services following your participation, it is your responsibility to consult a licensed provider. By enrolling, you agree to release and hold harmless Rehab Renaissance, the host facility, and the instructor(s) from any and all liability related to your participation in the course, including any injuries sustained during course activities.
Refund Policy
Cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to an in-person course will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.

Cancellation between 1-4 weeks prior to an in-person course will receive a 50% refund minus a $100 administrative fee.

Example: $500 course = $200 refund

No show or cancellation less than 1 week prior to an in-person course will NOT receive a refund.
