Unlock A Systematic and Safer Return-to-Run Preparation for ACL Rehab
6-Week ACL Return-to-Run Preparation Program - Designed for Clinicians and their Patients
Is your patient approximately 8-12 weeks post-op ACL reconstruction? Are they ready to start the process of transitioning back to running but need a structured, safe, and effective program to prepare?
Our 6-week Return-to-Run Preparation Program helps patients build the movement quality and local tissue tolerance they need to safely return to running, reducing the risk of setbacks.
This program is carefully structured to provide a combination of progressive isometric, locomotive, plyometric, and jumping exercises with a focus on seamlessly transitioning patients back to running.
All too often we hear of scenarios where patients resume running after surgery just because the protocol said to start at week 12. Not only are most individuals nowhere near ready to run at 12 weeks post-op, these patients transition from strength based work to a running program with absolutely no preparation in between. This 6 week program aims to bridge this gap!
A lack of tissue preparation can lead to an onset of knee pain and increased swelling, ultimately affecting knee joint function.
